REFUND POLICY

At Lumara, we care more than just activewear -- we care about you. Our goal is to make sure every piece you order makes you feel confident, comfortable, and supported. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will do our best to make it right. 

All Sales Are Final:

At Lumara, all sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival. We encourage you to review your order carefully, and if you have any questions, our team is here to guide you. We believe in serving with care and integrity, so you can shop with confidence.  

Damaged Items: 

If item was defective or incorrect, please contact us at sales@lumaraactivewear.com within seven days of delivery with order number and proof of damage. In order to be found eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of damage straight out of the packaging. Proof of damage may include clear photographs or videos showcasing the damage.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@lumaraactivewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
